When is the Pub Quiz?

Every Monday night! We start punctually at 20:00 BUT, due to the popularity of the quiz, tables fill up very quickly. To pretty much guarantee a seat, make sure you're here ideally before 19:00

What does it cost to play the Pub Quiz?

Nothing! Just time and a little bit of hard thinking.

Can we reserve a table?

We are very sorry, but O'Kellys policy does not allow the reservation of tables, not on Quiz night or any night for that matter.

Are the questions difficult to answer?

Well it all depends on what you know! Our questions are general knowledge so if your team is made up of a varied bunch of players, then there's a good chance that at least one of you will know each answer

What can we win?

Look at the picture at the top of this page. We have several prizes, and not just for the best teams!

Can we use Google on our smartphones?

Of course not! That would spoil the quiz for everyone wouldn't it? We do keep an eye out for those attempting to cheat and we DO disqualify teams if we see them cheating.

Our quiz consists of four rounds of ten questions and runs from between 20:30 and roughly 23:00 every Monday evening. The first, second and fourth rounds take the form of General Knowledge rounds, with a third round being played on our television screens. The last question of each general knowledge round is usually a music question, so make sure to listen out for the few seconds of audio that we play after asking the questions.
