O'Kellys Irish Pub - Cead Mile Failte

Welcome to O'kellys Irish Pub - Freiburg's Original Irish Pub. O'Kellys was established in September 2000 and has been serving cold pints of beer and great food in Freiburg ever since.

O'Kellys is situated beside the Stadt Theatre and is only a three minute walk from the main train station. Its easy to find, and once you have it's hard to leave.

 

The Team

Pub owner Sarah Lambe all the way from the beautiful Achill island with Kieran Mullen (The General from Monaghan) and their brilliant team (Colman - the rugger bugger Clare man, Dave - Robbies gorgeous son from New Zealand, and Moe - sport and quiz guru from Clonmel) bring the craic with Bingo every Thursday night, a fantastically entertaining quiz on Monday nights and endless amounts of sport.

 

When its comes to sports O'Kellys has it all.

Our motto has become “if its on we are showing it”. All you need to do is contact us, we can check it out and let you know. Ciaran aka Moe is the man to look for, he will make it happen.

 

O'Kellys Kitchen

O'Kellys Kitchen has developed over the years into the place to go if you miss yer mammies home cooking. Shepherds Pie, Irish stew & bangers and mash are the runners. O'Kellys Homemade beef burgers have certainly become popular with the Freiburgers… try the godfather (we dare you!!).

Sunday traditional Irish Brunch happens the second Sunday of every month. Its advisable to reserve.. the homemade scones and soda bread go down a treat.
